MAX UHLIG

Mike Uhlig is renowned abstract painter known particularly for his works of oil on canvas.  Arguably one of the most important painters of his generation, in Germany, his works are often dark and disturbing, though emotionally moving.

Max is from Dresden, Germany, spending the early part of his career as an artist in East Germany.  It
